Press and rub each point for 2 to 3 minutes, 1 to 2 times a day. It can also be combined with the waist and kidney rubbing method to warm the kidneys and help yang. Use the thenar, heel of the palm or the back of the fist to rub the lumbosacral areas on both sides for about 10 minutes each time, until the skin is warm, once a day.
