Maintain the posture, straighten your right calf upward, and then lower it back to change legs. Repeat 5 times on each leg.
3. Lie down on your stomach, relax your shoulders, cross your hands and place them on your hips. Tuck your chin and tilt your upper body upward about 35°. Then slowly lower your upper body and return to the original position. Do a total of 20 times of upper body lifting movements.
