3. Oral antifungal drugs

Itraconazole capsules are suitable for refractory infections and work by inhibiting fungal cytochrome P450. Fluconazole tablets are effective in treating deep Candida infection and should be used with caution in patients with abnormal liver function. Terbinafine tablets can destroy the fungal cell membrane structure and must be swallowed intact to avoid a bitter taste. Oral medications must be taken strictly in compliance with the doctor's instructions, and the course of treatment must be strictly followed, and liver and kidney function must be reviewed regularly.

4. Physical intervention measures

In the acute stage, cold compresses with 0.9% sodium chloride solution can be used to relieve edema, for 10-15 minutes each time. During the recovery period, use infrared physiotherapy lamp irradiation to promote local blood circulation, and keep the irradiation distance at least 30 cm. Avoid scratching or squeezing the affected area, and use sterile gauze to isolate it during sleep to prevent secondary infection. Physical therapy needs to be used in conjunction with medication under the guidance of a doctor.

5. Measures to prevent recurrence

After recovery, continue taking the medicine for 1 week to consolidate the effect, and your spouse needs to be checked and treated simultaneously. Avoid sharing towels and bathing equipment, and underwear needs to be disinfected at high temperature. Diabetic patients should strictly control blood sugar, and those with low immunity need to enhance nutrition. Avoid overuse of antibiotics on a daily basis. If symptoms occur repeatedly, immune deficiency diseases need to be investigated.

During the treatment period, sexual intercourse should be prohibited and spicy and high-sugar foods should be avoided. Choose clothes with good breathability and avoid sitting in humid environments for long periods of time. If skin ulcers, fever and other aggravated symptoms occur, seek medical attention immediately. After recovery, you can add an appropriate amount of yogurt containing probiotics to adjust the balance of the flora, but it cannot replace drug treatment.
