The first step is to choose the right tampon based on your menstrual flow (light, moderate, heavy).

Step 2: Wash your hands with warm water and soap.

Step 3 Remove the tampon from the package.

The fourth step is to insert the inner tube of the tampon into the body, about a few inches, but not too deep. The outer tube must be within reach of the hand.

Step 5: Continue to push the inner tube forward and push the tampon into the vagina.

Step 6: Remove the catheter (outer tube and inner tube) together.

Step 7: The thread connected to the tampon must be left outside the vagina.

Step 8: Wrap the catheter in toilet paper and throw it into the trash. Never flush it down the toilet.

Tips and Advice Use a tampon that suits your minimum flow requirements.

Slowly insert the tampon into the vagina without forcing it.

It is best to use it with a pad during the first few days of your period.

Tampons come with instructions for use inside the packaging. Must read first.

If the tampon does not go in smoothly, use a small amount of lubricant.

You won't feel the tampon inside your body. If you feel this way, it proves that you are not deep enough. Remove it and reinsert a new tampon. Before pushing the inner tube from the outer tube into the vagina, try to extend the outer tube slightly into the vagina.

To prevent leakage, replace it every 4-8 hours.

To prevent toxic shock syndrome, never leave a tampon in the vagina for more than 8 hours.

If you have any questions, ask your doctor or consultant immediately.
