After surgery, you should wear loose cotton underwear to reduce friction and avoid sitting or riding a bicycle for long periods of time. The diet should be light and rich in high-quality protein and vitamin C, such as egg custard, broccoli, etc. to promote tissue repair. No sexual intercourse or masturbation is allowed for 1 month after surgery, and waterproof dressings should be used to protect the wound when bathing.
