In fact, there is no absolute "who is better". The core depends on your own status and adaptability to needs. Even many people who are new to it don't know that Reiki itself is a branch of generalized energy healing. The two are not parallel and opposite items, but the relationship between inclusion and inclusion.

I have been in the therapy field for almost seven years, and I have met too many novices who ask this question. In fact, there is no need to rush to distinguish between high and low. The most important thing is to find the right one that suits you. Last year, a client who was doing Internet planning came to see me. After working on a big project for three months, she was so anxious that she had insomnia and her heart was always pounding. She went to the hospital to check for any organic problems. A friend took her to do energy healing with crystal singing bowls before. She always felt that it was so noisy when she lay down and listened to the sound of the singing bowls that she couldn't stay for half an hour. Later, she tried remote Usui Reiki, and she was at home during the whole process. With her eyes closed on the sofa, I worked on her heart chakra and solar plexus. After more than 20 minutes, she said that the tightness in her chest that had been blocked for a long time was gone. She slept for eight hours that night. After adjusting it four times in a row, her anxious state was basically stabilized. For her, Reiki, which is non-contact and has no unnecessary sensory stimulation, is naturally a more suitable choice.

But not everyone uses Reiki. I know a colleague who does children's therapy. Most of the children she treats are ADHD children who can't sit still, or children with slight autistic tendencies. It's impossible to ask them to lie down quietly for forty minutes to do Reiki. She uses sound beams and colors. Light and crystal are combined for integrated energy healing. Children can complete energy calibration while playing. Many parents report that their children are more emotionally stable after the treatment and are more willing to talk to others. For this group of people, energy healing that combines multi-sensory tools is much more suitable than Reiki.

There are indeed a lot of debates about the two in the circle. Some practitioners who adhere to the orthodox Reiki inheritance believe that Reiki has a clear attunement process, fixed symbol application logic, and a more stable energy source. It is more reliable than many unsystematic "wild ways" of energy healing that rely solely on the therapist's own blind exploration. There are too many, and the probability of novices falling into traps is low; but most practitioners who do integrated energy healing don’t think so. They believe that healing is essentially to help clients open up the flow of energy. As long as the method is effective, whether it is using aura symbols, sound waves, minerals, flower essences, or even just the empathic companionship of the therapist, there is no distinction between high and low.

To be honest, if ordinary people want to give it a try, they don’t need to worry about which category to choose first. They should first look at the qualifications and past feedback of the therapist. By the way, I would like to say one more thing. Whether it is Reiki or other types of energy healing, they are only ways to assist in regulating emotions and relieving sub-healthy states. If you really have a clear physical or mental illness, you must first see a hospital and a professional psychologist. Don’t treat healing as a cure. Don’t be confused about this.
