Male sperm is a man's somatic cells and the "seed" for men to conceive offspring. It can fuse with a woman's egg cells to produce sperm and egg, and step by step grow into test tube embryos. Male sperm consists of a head, neck, midsection, main segment, and tail segment. The tail segment cannot be seen under a light microscope, so male sperm can be considered to be composed of a head (and neck) and a tail end (middle zone and main segment). Developed at the front of the head is the acrosome, which is an important weapon for sperm to enter the egg cell. Behind the acrosome is the nucleus of the sperm, which carries the genetic material from the pregnant father. The tail end of male sperm is like an engine, which can provide driving force for it to swing forward.
To put it more vividly, a male sperm is a courier truck, which contains the genetic material of the cyst that the pregnant father wants to transport to the pregnant mother. Moreover, there is more than one large truck, there are hundreds of millions of them. All large trucks have only one purpose: to have one vehicle deliver the package safely. Even so, there are still many people who are unable to successfully conceive. So, how can we successfully deliver the bags? How to know the quality of sperm?
1.Total numberIf the male sperm concentration is ≥15 specific 106/ml, and the male sperm count is ≥39 specific 106/one ejaculation, the courier company must have at least 39 million vehicles per delivery, and the lineup must be strong. After all, the chance of delivery with three or five vehicles is very small. What if something breaks down along the way?;
2. Sperm motilityThe total sperm motility is ≥40%, and the sperm proportion of forward-moving men is ≥32%. Then at least 32% of the trucks must be driving forward sincerely. It is best if all trucks are full of motivation and move forward quickly.
3.ShapeThe proportion of normal male sperm is ≥4%. Some large trucks may have punctured tires. Even if they drive forward very hard, they will eventually fall out of the queue. Some large trucks may have their trunks knocked off. Although driving is not affected, the cysts may fall off on the road.
